Processing time is between 2 -3 business days depending on volume.

We do request 3-5 business days to process orders on a holiday week. Once the item has been processed, you will receive your USPS tracking number.

Once the checkout process is complete, processing time begins and refunds and cancellations will not be permitted.

We use USPS Priority shipping (Usually 1-3 day transit time)

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying series but do provide a $50 insurance on payment page with proper proof of empty package receipt.

Customers receiving packages internationally are responsible for any additional fees or tariffs charged by the shipping company. We will contact you with any concern.

We ship with Express DHL, actual rates depend on the destination country.

Delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping, your international orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver not including the 2-5 business days processing time to prepare order for shipment.
